An online suggestion form can be filled out at the bottom of this page or a downloadable version can be found here (50KB pdf), however any written suggestion or idea will be considered. Suggestions can be via letter or email and should be posted to:

Kowhai Park - What ideas and suggestions do you have about the use, management, maintenance, protection, preservation and development at Kowhai Park? Things to consider are the park’s setting, facilities and recreation, its natural, historic, cultural and educational qualities and values and how you would like to see the park developed and promoted over time.
 

Awahuri / Kitchener Reserve is one of the few remaining original semi-swamp podocarp forests in the District and has strong historic botanical significance. What ideas and suggestions do you have for the reserve’s management, maintenance, protection, preservation and development?
 

Mt Lees homestead, gardens and woodlots have a special character. What ideas and suggestions do you have to manage, maintain and develop the reserve so that locals and visitors can continue to visit and enjoy the reserve?
 

Urban reserves with sportsfields and facilities – Timona Park, Johnston Park, Rimu Park, Kimbolton Domain - These reserves in Feilding and Kimbolton have facilities for organised and informal sport and recreation. The Oroua River runs alongside two of the parks, and one has a lake and wetland area. What ideas and suggestions do you have for their use, management, maintenance, promotion, protection, preservation and development?
 

The District Wide Reserve Management Plan covers 41 reserves that provide a range of facilities, experiences and opportunities - sportsgrounds, community buildings, recreational facilities, memorials, bush, stream and river settings, walkways and playgrounds. Please see the District Wide Reserves Management Plan and write down your ideas and suggestions for these reserves.
 

The Coastal Reserves Management Plan covers the coastal reserves of Himatangi Beach and Tangimoana. The plan discusses a number of issues that include protecting and managing the dunes and reserves as a buffer between sea and township, improving walkway links and retaining open recreational spaces for the community. Please see the Coastal Reserves Management Plan and write down your ideas and suggestions for these reserves.
